D.J. is a retail elf, and he’s a charmer – greeting and helping customers, always with a smile and eager to please.
Shawn is a systems elf, the only one among us who whistles every morning – just try to catch this guy in anything other than a Christmas-y mood!

We were recently in your store to find the special ornament of a mission. In September my brother died from an ongoing immune disease called amyliodosis (non-curable). He was a dearly loved brother who was married and had two children the adopted eight years ago. My sister arranged lodging at a cabin in Pigeon Forge for us all to meet and celebrate his life. We came from TN, VA, TX, CN, OH, FL and in spirit NY. We cooked many of his favorite foods, ate many of our own favorites, and then started the gala. We were to make or buy an ornament to put on the Christmas (already in the cabin) and tell a story about Chipper, how he was so loved, and then placed it on the tree. Some of the ornaments were from your shop. The person employed there that placed Chipper’s name on the ornament asked if I would like a halo added. That was so very thoughtful. I wish I had more time to look around but my focus was to find that special ornament. I had made an ornament for the tree in Pigeon Forge but found one there to bring home.
