Do you have anymore of the garland that is on the cross tree? The garland that has two different colored jewels? I didnt but enough last year.
Tammy, I can’t be sure that we have that exact garland still. I searched for ‘bead garland’ on the site and found several choices. Was it one of these two?

Do you carry the Bear Tree Family on-line to purchase in other #’s besides 7? I am interested in Bear Tree Family of 3 personalized ornament.
Bobbie, we carry that ornament for 3 up to 9 family members, but you may need to call the store when you don’t see the one you want. We share inventory with them, and sometimes the quantity in stock drops below our “safe level” for on-line sales, so the item isn’t visible on the web site. Just call Guest Services at 1-800-445-3396 and they’ll be able to determine availability and take your order over the phone.

I bought a set of flicker lights that you have displayed in a fire place in the store at Pigeon Forge I need another couple of sets is this possible? How do order them? Thanks Ondrea
Ondrea, I have checked and we are currently out of stock of flicker light strands. We have the replacement bulbs on hand, so if you can find a light strand with the same socket size, you could refit it with flicker bulbs.
Item 215088 is a set of 2 flicker bulbs with a silicone coating for a soft, hazy glow. ($4.99)
Item 442184 is a set of 2, size C7, clear flicker bulbs. ($3.99)
