I don’t know if I would have had the presence of mind to step outside the situation and to recognize and address the deeper need, but Julio surely did, as you’ll hear in his story. It’s my hope that you’ll be as encouraged and inspired as I was by his experience, and perhaps think a little differently about the next tough person or situation you find yourself up against.
I’m a huge National Public Radio fan (geek, groupie, buff, enthusiast, devotee, proponent, etc.), and stories like this are just one of the reasons I am an addict.
